Lychee Bliss Mojito
Mint, lime and ripe lychee over crushed ice.

Ingredients
What you need.
- 50 ml Beach Heaven Lychee Bliss
- 25 ml Fresh lime juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 8 Fresh mint leaves
- Soda water to top
- Crushed ice
Method
How to make it.
- Add mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup to the glass and press the mint gently, without tearing it.
- Pour in Lychee Bliss.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir from the bottom up.
- Top with soda water and add a little more ice on top.
